  • Will I receive all the files and rights?
    Yes. You get all final files and full usage rights, plus high-resolution exports and (where relevant) editable source files.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
    We work in clear stages. You see the direction and mood boards early and approve each step before we move on. If something is off, we adjust at that stage.
  • How many revisions are included?
    One round of focused changes-up to three precise tweaks (e.g., adjust a color, refine the logo shape, tweak wording). More rounds are available as an add-on.
  • Do I get options?
    Yes. You choose from two color palettes and two font pairings. The core concept stays focused so the process is fast and clear. Extra concepts are available as an add-on.
  • What do you need from me to start?
    A short kickoff form and a quick call. In the form, please list no-go items (what you don’t like-colors, styles, fonts) so we avoid them from the start.
  • Do you provide support after the project is finished?
    Yes. We offer implementation supervision (we oversee rollout so everything stays on-brand) and ongoing support packages.
  • Can you also build the website?
    Yes. We can design and build an on-brand site as an add-on.
  • Do you offer brand strategy?
    Yes, as a separate Brand Strategy Sprint (positioning, audience insights, messaging map) for those who want deeper clarity before identity.
  • How long does it take?
    Most projects finish in 10–14 days after kickoff, depending on feedback speed. Need it faster? Ask about fast-track delivery.
